Cancellations and Returns
We want our customers to feel safe when they fall in love with our pre-loved objects. We designed our term of sales to treat everybody fairly, and to protect ourselves and our customers.
However, sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to cancel or return an order.
To prevent this, we encourage you to read carefully the descriptions before placing an order. You are welcome to contact us directly and inquire for more details, more pictures, even inspect the object with a video conference.
We are professional and verified.
We have suffered a great deal in the past from hackers and other fake dealers copying our website and using our images and information. We have also seen these last years a rising number of fake websites with fake items; fake dealers on social media who are not registered businesses. We have also seen other dishonest sellers misleading customers through other platforms with fake information attributing items to famous artists or designers knowing perfectly that it is not. We on the other hand we verify every information and search for references and catalogues. Inspect the make and materials and If we attribute an item to a designer, it is because we are 100% certain otherwise, we mention it in the description.
All our preloved objects are authentic, originals and not manipulated or reshaped. Most shown in their original condition before restoration. And if they have been altered it is mentioned in the description.
Cancelling an order
There are many reasons why a customer might need to cancel an order and often be entitled to a refund.
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund - including delivery costs. However, if your item has been shipped, delivery costs will not be included in your refund.
Condition applies if you cancel the order after that it has been shipped:

The Liability for return costs of a package falls on the consumer.
Returning an order
Our guarantee included with your purchase entitles you to 14-day returns - allowing you to return any item within 14 days of the delivery date (except in specific circumstances, detailed below).
You can return your order if...

Notify us within 48 hours from receiving your order that you wish to return it. Then you have 12 days to send it back to us and as soon as we receive the item and inspect it then the refund process will start it takes from 7 up to 21 days.

Usage & Opening: You may open the package, but you cannot use the item, the right to return remains valid if the item is unused.

Return the item to us in the same condition that it left our warehouse. Every item is carefully documented as well as the handling and packaging process. If the item was used, photographed or altered then you lose your right to a refund.
It isn't what you expected
If what arrives isn’t what you ordered, you can open a return. Just send us some photo evidence that the listing was inaccurate, misleading or misrepresented your purchased piece, and you’ll receive a refund.
You change your mind
If you don’t feel a piece is right for your space, you can return it. Once you request a change of mind return, you’ll be responsible for shipping the piece back to us as soon as possible. Delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable.
It's damaged in transit
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, you must notify us directly so we can open a claim with the shipping company. It is important to take pictures of the package in the condition that it has arrived.
If your purchase arrives broken, you must contact us right away and send us some photo evidence. We can raise an insurance claim on the seller’s behalf. Or, the seller can raise a claim with their chosen courier.
What can't I return?
Some orders you can’t return:

Personalised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, and non-refundable. We also reject your return if the item has been photographed or altered in any way.

Unique Art and collectables, due to their rarity and uniqueness they can not be cancelled or returned. Some pieces are museum quality and are treated as such. they are sold directly by invoice with a contract. They are not sold through our gift shop.
Please note that preloved vintage or antique items on our website are not new. They have been made more than 30 years some even more than 100 years! They have been used since. Carrying some manufacturing defects, and show some age wear, traces of use, discoloration and some patina.
You must keep that in mind when ordering a preloved object. It is a used item. Preloved items even restored always carry some age wear even though they still look amazing for their age!
Colours in photographs may vary from reality due to lighting and exposure conditions. And the interpretation of colour by the human brain. We do our best to show the item in their real colours, making pictures as close as possible from the item true colours, but sometimes colours might slightly vary from the original.

Lastly, we are not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties. When the item leaves our warehouse, we do not have any control over the shipping companies, and the human factor always plays a significant role. We can not control those who we cannot see. That’s why we always advise our customers to choose the shipping company wisely and insure their purchase. We always include a shipping insurance in our quotes.
Initiate a return?
To initiate a return, include all the details: the reason for your return, an in-depth description, and photos of any issues or damage.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we received the item (in the same condition it was sent), we will send your refund to your original payment method.
All items are inspected on return. If we receive the return with damage we don’t recognise, we will not be able to process your refund, and we may need to send the piece back to you. You will be required to cover these delivery costs.
