Please note that preloved vintage or antique items on our website are not new. They have been made more then 30 years some even more then a 100 years! They have been used since. Carrying some manufacturing defects, and show some age wear, traces of use, discoloration and some patina.

You must keep that in mind when ordering. It is a used item. Not restored. Used Items even restored always carry some age wear even though they still look amazing for their age!

Colors in photographs may vary from reality due to lighting and exposure conditions. And also the interpretation of color by the human brain. We do our best to show the item in their real colors, making pictures as close as possible from the item true colors, but sometimes colors might slightly vary from the original.

Each one of our object are either antique, vintage, rare or a unique, there are only few examoles left in some cases it is the just one! most of them are Museum quality. When purchasing, most sales are considered final sales with some exceptions " items produced in series ". Please read carefully the sales condition for each item

THE SALE CONDITIONS ARE ADAPTED DEPENDING ON THE OBJECT ITSELF. 

We understand that sometimes things dont go as planed and you may need to cancel the purchase. There is a window of 3-7 days before starting the handling and packaging process, during that period all the purchases can be cancelled, you simply have to cancel and get fully refunded without any question asked. No item will be handeled before the reception of the full payment that may varies between 3 up to 7 business days.

We ask all our customers to read carefully the description and contact us directly by mail or cell phone if they have any further questions, we can send more detailed pictures of the wear and use, macro pictures for details or defects, we can even organize a video conference to inspect directly the item.

Please read carefully our conditions before placing an order:

- The choice of the shipping company is yours. By purchasing directly on the gift shop you accept the spanish post office services shipping conditions including the item sale value insurance. 

therefor if you wish to use a shipping company of your choice you must contact us before purchasing directly on our giftshop.

- We are not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties. As soon as the item leaves our warehouse it is no longer in our control.  That's why it is important to decide which shipping company suites best your needs.

- We ask our customers to contact us directly by email or on our cell number before placing an order if they wish to use the shipping company of their choice. The choice of the shipping comapny is yours. Then we can organize on our end a sale by invoice without including the shipping costs.

-  When choosing the shipping company, You must order a pick up or ask us to take your order to a nearby shipping point depending on the shipping company that you may have choosen. Please note that the point can not be further then 20 km away from our office. The adress of our office will be available on the purchasing invoice.

-You must be aware that we are not responsible of any damage that might occur after that the item have left our warehouse / office. We take the maximum care to pacage every item delicately and separately, to protect every object as much as possible from any external shocks. This process is carefully documented.

REFUND POLICIES

- Full Refund: If you cancel your order before that the object has been handled then you are eligible for a full refund. Please keep in mind that the packaging process might start from 0 up to 72 hours sometimes depending on the payment method up to 7-9 days. after making the purchase. Keep in mind that the packaging process starts only after that we have recieved the payment. Then you will be notified.

- Partial Refund: If you cancel your order after that the packaging has started due to the packaging costs and the time involved for such delicate and unique items as the packaging is included in the price then you are eligible for a partial refund equivalent to 70% of the purchased price. This applies only for items under 500 euros.

- No Refunds After that the order have been sent: Usually it takes from 3 up to 9 days maximum for the order to be ready and shipped. If the order have been shipped then a refund can no longer be issued.

when we pack an Item it is documented and we send the images, videos of the packaging process as proof of condition.

- Return policies : 

In some cases you can return some items, It is mentioned above. The 14 days return policies applies after reception of the item. You must then notify us maximum 48 hours after recieving / inspecting the item about your intentions to return the item.

You may open the box, inspect the item but you can neither use it nor take pictures of it. Breaking the seal protecting the object from being used and photographed is a breach of the refund policies agreement. When purchasing on our website you accept the terms of our stated refund policy.

in any case the shipping and packaging costs are are not refunded if you opened the package and broke the seal. Due to the costs involved during the packaging process. We are a small company and we package each item separately depending on its materials Thats why packaging material can not be reused. we might use a bouble box packaging system for fragile items.

The item must be returned to us in its original condition. Seal unbroken. After recieving the item we inspect the item and the seal carefuly. and if it hasnt been used or altred then you are elligible for a a full refund of the item purchased value.

The refund process might take up to maximum 15 days after that we have recieved and inspected the item..

You will recieve a detailed invoice separately with all the costs when purchasing an item.

As mentionned above we use the postal services available boxes for the shipping. the costs would be the second box when needed and the wrapping materials to protec the object and to avoid any damage that might occur during the shipping and handling process.
